A growing food/beverage company located in the Midwest is currently searching for a quality services technician. The individual hired must have at least 3+yrs experience in Quality, Food Science, Laboratory Services, or Engineering area with a strong knowledge of Food Safety, Regulatory, and Good Manufacturing Practices. The person must be degreed(advanced degree preferred) and have experience working with extruded processes and packaging as well as the ability and aptitude to work in an R&D, Manufacturing, and/or Distribution environment. Must have a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP's), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Systems (HACCP), ISO, Regulatory Guidelines, Sensory, and/or Microbiology.
