Chicago, ILJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: (In addition to the following, performs other related duties as required.) The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining detailed accounting records of all financial transactions of the organization. Prepares financial statements and reconcile basic accounts. Prepares and maintains vouchers and accounts receivable records in accordance with underlying contracts. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and a minimum of two years experience in Accounting. Familiarity with nonprofit accounting and government contracts preferred.
