Help Desk AnalystRobert Half Technology - Columbus, OHOne of our best Columbus suburban clients has an immediate need for a Help Desk Analyst. The successful candidate will receive and log all phone calls within the IT Help Desk database and attempt to resolve calls on first contact when possible prior to escalating to Level II Support. They will also review and log all request coming via the IT Help Desk Email box and IT Help Desk Web-form and attempt to resolve these requests prior to escalating to Level II Support. They will also provide on-call support shifts to provide coverage 365/24/7 to support IT related issues.
