Facilities Technician ICushman and Wakefield - Mountain View, CAFacilities Technician Job Summary The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for the completion of facilities work requests, including: room set-ups for meetings, furniture reconfigurations, moves, moving equipment, furniture, and boxes, making name plates, painting, changing out lamps and ballasts, minor plumbing repairs, changing out ceiling tiles, minor carpet repairs, and other similar tasks, as required, in support of the overall goal of maintaining, as invisible to the customer as possible, a neat, clean, comfortable work environment within our Clients employees and tenants may carry out their responsibilities with minimal disruption due to facilities related issues.
