Requirements: Possess one or more of the following licenses: Oregon Registered Nurse, Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist, or L.P.N. Valid driver's license and own vehicle in good working condition in order to drive to various worksites. (Mileage compensation provided by employer.) Able to pass background check. Employer will train on job specific duties. Job Duties: Independent work in an in-home setting. Drive to customer's homes and administer disease management programs. Conduct clinical evaluations, set up equipment, and educate clients on equipment use. Hours: 40 plus hours per week. Monday through Friday, some on call work required.
