Technical Training Manager Directs the activities of global sales training teams consisting of Program Managers and Content Design, Development and Delivery. Oversees the planning of training programs to support the role-based learning paths and sales training framework. Ensures training program(s) meets business objectives, and that programs quantify the value delivered to the business. Maintains communication with sales and sales leaders to ensure effectiveness of training.
