Part-Time Research DietitianHarvard University - Boston, MAResearch dietitian will collaborate with study director, coordinators and assistant working on diet and physical activity validation study. Research dietitian will develop the 7-day food record and instructional DVD necessary for the study participants enrolled in the validation study. Dietitian will lead collaboration with National Computing System (NCC) to ensure that 7-day food records are compatible with NCC's diet record analysis system, NDSR. Throughout the study, this individual will independently formulate new amount defaults for NDSR system based on participant's reported intake in order to improve the quality of the 7-day food record analysis.
