Overview: Independent consultant candidates, architects and engineers, will be conducting Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), also commonly referred to as building or engineering inspections, on a freelance, per assignment basis. On behalf of lending institutions, the consultant will inspect the physical condition of buildings, conduct exploratory interviews with those knowledgeable of the building's condition, and prepare a written report detailing an overview of the asset, along with the physical deficiencies observed complete with cost estimates to remedy same.
