Job Summary: Assists Nursing Research Consultant in planning, developing, and evaluating a comprehensive Evidence Based Practice and Nursing Research Program that impacts clinical, educational, and administrative nursing practice at Susquehanna Health. Provides day to day oversight of plan developed by consultant for the development, implementation, and promotion of evidence based practice and nursing research activities. Guides and mentors professional nursing staff in understanding, conducting, and critically analyzing research in practice. Oversees nursing research projects annually. Acquires research grants to expand program.
