Los Alamitos Medical Center - Los Angeles, CAUnder the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, the Staff Pharmacist is responsible for assuring that the pharmaceutical care needs of the patients of the Medical Center are met. This includes but is not limited to: Interpreting physician medication orders. Acts asa drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals. Services are provided to the following population: Child: Birth to 12 years; Adolescent: 12-18 years; Adult: 18-64 years; Older Adult: 65 years and above. Qualifications Mandatory: 1.
