In this position you will have a variety of duties including but not limited to data entry of payables and receivables, filing, answering departmental phones, customer contact, vendor contact and direct assistance to a team of 10 supervisors within several departments. The hours of this position are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday and will require occasional Saturday work until April. In May you will need to be available to work every Saturday through December. During the busiest months, overtime will be required.
