UM Coordinator JobStaffpointe - Los Angeles, CAUM Coordinator needed in southern California. Duties include: Initiation and processing of incoming TARs including notification to appropriate entities. Identify potential CCS eligible conditions and coordinate with CCS Coordinator. Identify cases for outpatient Case Management using criteria and support activities. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with Medical Director,facilities,vendors,and all providers within the IPA. Report any potential quality issues immediately to UM Manager. Document clearly and appropriately all referral related activity. Maintain compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations.
