Physical Therapist Asst (PRN)
Under general supervision and according to professional standards evaluates, plans and executes patient`s treatment programs. Plans, coordinates and executes patient treatment program. Must take initiative to set own schedule and patient related goals and will maintain accurate records of services provided.
Education/Experience:Required: Associates Degree in Physical Therapy.Preferred: Minimum of 1-year experience. Experience as a member of a interdisciplinary team with patients of a variety of neurological and orthopedic diagnoses.License/Certification:Required: Current Texas license. Current CPR certification. Current Texas driver`s license to operate system vehicles.
