HELP DESK SUPPORT ANALYST-ASSOCIATEClarian Health Partners - Indianapolis, INThis position is responsible for providing computer support for problem management and resolution as well as requests for IS service delivery. The incumbent will provide first-level support whenever possible either over the telephone or by using software tools to do so. The position will assess each customer request and either resolve themselves or forward on to the appropriate IS support representative. All service transactions are to be tracked in the call management system.Associate Level: Entry level assigned to relatively simple IS applications or projects.
