Employee / Labor Relations ManagerFortune 100-500 Manufacturing Company - Cedar Rapids, IARequirements: * 5+ years Human Resources leadership in a Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing operation. * Prior experience with Employee and Labor Relations, union and a 1500+ employee workforce. * Strong knowledge and participation in contract negotiations. * Knowledgeable in employment law, ADA, code of ethics, FMLA. * Presentation experience is required in addition to excellent communication skills. * Proficient in MS Office applications and HR Systems; SAP or other HRIS systems preferred.
