Scope of Work: The mailroom manager is responsible for ensuring the same day processing of the daily MD Child Support payments. We use high speed OPEX encoders that produce image files from which our processors data enter. Volumes fluctuate wildly by day of the week and time of the month. Position includes interaction with the Post Office and the courier company to ensure clean and timely delivery. It involves ensuring that the machines are properly maintained and consumables are on hand. Candidate must be able to accurately forecast scheduling and staffing needs to meet deadlines.
