Description: The organization seeks a committed research analyst to work on the organization's varied public education and advocacy activities in the areas of sentencing, incarceration, racial justice, and collateral consequences of incarceration. Responsibilities include developing a research agenda for the organization; producing briefing sheets, policy reports, journal articles, and op-ed commentary; preparing policy summaries and commentary for website; communicating research findings to public audiences and media; keeping abreast of policy and program development in the field.
