Assistant ControllerAccountemps - Spokane, WAA banking institution is seeking an Assistant Controller for a full time opportunity. The Assistant Controller will monitor all corporate financial reporting activities and ensure application of proper accounting principles. Other duties will included, but not be limited to: complete monthly close process and review supporting reconciliations and reports; perform tax calculations and assist in preparation of earnings releases, periodic SEC filings, and SOX 404 compliance; and will supervise the accounting department staff handling preparation of internal financial reports and regulatory reports.
