Document test plans and results in a detailed, but concise manner. 3. Provide detailed reports to application development and senior management about testing results. 4. Explore ways to improve the handling of documents with a goal of moving to a more paperless environment. 5. Understand existing processes and identify opportunities and methods for improvements.
