-Oversees one store as a Store Manager and maintains a staff that can run the store independently of the SSM. *Maximizes personal and store sales results through selling, maintaining and covering zones. (See Sales Person) *Assists the store manager in maximizing sales results in the area of sales, merchandising and operations. (See Key Holder) *Responsible fro overall store performance in the areas of people development, sales, payroll and inventory.
