Our services include fixed point wireless, DSL, T1, ISDN, dialup, collocation, email, VoIP, and web hosting. This position is for an Internet Helpdesk Technician. As an Internet Helpdesk Technician, your job duties will include becoming intimately familiar with networking including IPv4 subnetting, common broadband routers, and IP routing on Cisco routers. In this position, you will also be responsible to answer inbound support calls, resolve and input billing information, call customers proactively if their service drops, and work with T1 and DSL line vendors.
