Our client, a leader in the industry is looking for Home Equity Customer Care Specialists. They will be taking inbound calls regarding their customer's equity lines-providing exceptional customer service while using probing questions and listening skills to discover their true need.
To be qualified for this position, individuals should have excellent customer service skills. A background in retail or call center experience will be beneficial. They should also have good listening and communication skills. They will need to navigate through several computer screens and enter information while communicating with the customer over the phone.
