Problem Investigator AssociateAmerican Red Cross - Charlotte, NCSUMMARY Problem Investigator Associate (Charlotte) The work schedule for this position is Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm This position is responsible for ensuring that all problems assigned are correctly identified, that risks are accurately assessed, that appropriate immediate actions are taken, and for the investigation, analysis and permanent resolution of problems. Escalates problems when appropriate, finalizes documents and corrective action plans and effectiveness checks. Monitors and conducts effectiveness checks for adequacy of problem resolution.
