Ideal candidates will be enrolled at a top university, majoring in at least one of the following: finance, economics or econometrics, statistics, math, engineering or computer science. Candidates will have at least intermediate-level programming skills, the ability to take-on and complete complex research projects, and exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Candidates should possess a strong interest in finance, ideally with a particular interest in quantitative trading.
