Responsible for the development, operation, and administration of all programs, with the exception of pre-school and school age child care contracted programs. Integrate value concepts, and maintain high quality, dynamic, and viable programs and membership. Recruit and train high quality, competent staff to maintain top-level programs, including membership and marketing. Administration of all programs, membership, and daily operations. This includes recruiting, training, supervising, evaluating, and dismissal of staff and volunteers.
