Associate Pastor of Students/Administration Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Student ministries-7th-12th grades and College students - To develop a program of ministry that has a balance of winning teens to Christ, building up students in their faith, equipping students for ministry, and developing leadership in students. - To be responsible for the Biblical instruction that occurs in the student ministry - To develop a leadership team that includes both students and adults - To follow up those who are new to the ministry or who have been absent - To maintain regular contact with students outside of the church setting (visiting, writing notes, attending their events, e-mail, telephone contact, etc.) - To develop relationships with the local school systems and if possible,...
