Area DirectorRestaurant - Fayetteville, NCFull service restaurant chain seeks an Area Director in Fayetteville. This individual will be accountable for financial operations of multiple restaurants. Primary responsibilities include maximizing profits, building sales, and controlling costs. This role will also be accountable for establishing, maintaining, and coaching company standards, expectations, and culture. Additionally, the Area Director must provide effective leadership in the areas of local store marketing, training, defining priorities, and building commitment to the companys mission and objectives. This role will report to a Regional Vice President of Operations. Requirements: Successful candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years multi-unit restaurant management experience with in the full service/casual dining segment.
