JOB NUMBER: 090057001 DESCRIPTION: The Senior Default Policy Administration Analyst is responsible for proactively recommending new programs and/or policy changes, as appropriate, to assist Default Services in maximizing customer home ownership retention and mitigating losses and for updating and maintaining the on-line Default Policy manual and related policy chronology documents. Additionally, this analyst is responsible for assisting in Default Policy projects as well as assisting in insuring implementation and execution of Default Policy and GSE, government, and investor guidelines.
