Trade Compliance ManagerMillipore - Burlington, MAJOB SUMMARY: The qualified candidate will be responsible to lead and manage Millipores Global Trade Compliance Program with direct reports in Massachusetts and California.The individual will manage multiple programs, processes, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with US Export and Import Regulations as outlined by The US Departments of Commerce (EAR) and State (ITAR), Customs and Border Protection, Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Asset Control and any other special trade programs/exporting regulatory agencies as required both domestically and internationally.The individual will make enhancements to our continuous training program and provide consultation and regulatory support to all business units.
