Staff Accountant - Financial ReportingTeleTech - Englewood, COGeneral Summary: Staff Accountant - Financial Reporting. Duties: * Assist with the preparation and filing of SEC financial statements (10-Q and 10K). * Assist with the preparation and filing of all statutory financial statements in countries outside the US. * Participate in the preparation for quarterly reviews and year-end audits, including SOX testing and internal audits. Prepares lead schedules for annual audits which will include direct communications with auditors. * Assist with other aspects of technical accounting such as leases, stock based compensation and derivatives * Assist with special projects as assigned.
