  As a Loss Mitigation Closer, you will be responsible for the following: * Correspond with customers, brokers, title companies, and attorneys in order to facilitate delinquency resolution through advanced contact, consultation, and collection efforts. * Analyze and compare short payoff, modification, settlements , and deed-in-lieu scenarios. Recommend best resolution to management and customers. * Negotiate and close optimal outcome with customers, brokers, and attorneys. The process requires information gathering, documentation analysis, and file preparation/maintenance. * Meet daily, weekly and monthly productivity standards and consistently achieve monthly goal objectives.
