Position Title: Executive Director
Reports To: Board of Directors
Overall Responsibility: Responsible for directing fundraising, operations, community awareness and other initiatives of Its the Journey, Inc. (ITJ) and for promoting support for ITJ in the community.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the comprehensive development, implementation, administration and evaluation of ITJ fundraising efforts
Responsible for the overall execution of the Atlanta 2 Day Walk for Breast Cancer and other fundraising events, including management of an Event Coordinator
Collaborates with strategic partners and partnering/grantee organizations to promote and support breast cancer initiatives
