Civil Engineer-InternU.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Fort Knox, KYSeeking adventurous and motivated Civil Engineers for a paid intern position with the Forward Engineer Support Team-Main (FEST-M) of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This is a civilian position that supports the Corps by helping to rebuild the infrastructure or provide engineering support for overseas missions in locations such as Iraq and Afghanistan. Individuals who successfully complete a 2-year training program at Fort Knox, KY will be placed in permanent positions (at Fort Knox) but with mission readiness and possible assignment to Iraq or Afghanistan for 6-12 months. After overseas service, the position returns to Fort Knox for 1-2 years, then another possible overseas assignment as before.
