The successful candidate is globally responsible for the discovery, optimization and progression of our biotherapeutics discovery pipeline and will lead a group of over 50 scientists located in the Boston, Darmstadt and Geneva. He/She will report to the VP Research Head of NBE Technologie(New Biological Entities) within the EMD Serono's R&D function.
