At least 3-5 years of direct experience in civil litigation and intellectual property is required. Will be assisting with all phases of litigation including discovery, trial and appeal. Must have a Bachelors Degree and ABA approved Paralegal Certification. Ability to prioritize & meet strict deadlines are required. Excellent communications skills, organizational skills, attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel are required. Long term temporary opening that can last up to 1 year assisting with an upcoming trial. Hours are from 8:30-5 with possible overtime. Start date mid to the end of May 08.
