Food Service Manager
* Act as Food Service Manager of all Kennedy Center Food Service program. This may include but not be limited to: oversee general operations of the cafeteria and Soups and Such training program to ensure proper food handling, service and vocational training on a day to day basis, supervision of staff, development of new sites, fiscal management on a daily basis, health and safety of all workers. * Oversee operation of food service cart for community based sites including supervision of assigned job coaches. * Maintain inventory and daily pars for production. * Monitor/complete all paperwork i.e., requisitions, daily cash out, banking and purchasing records. * Maintain food service standards consistent with the state licensing * Associates Degree or two years post high school education in...
