Job Title: Parent Trainer/Case Manager - Behavioral Health Profession: Medical -> Counseling/Social Work JOB SUMMARY: Parent trainer / Case manager will be responsible for recruiting, engaging and working with teen parents to meet the needs of their very young children. The case manager will teach, model and coach participants in parenting skills and family communication. Case manager will assess the child, parent and their families for additional needs and facilitate referrals to appropriate services. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1.
