HR Manager, Strategy & OperationsTime Warner - Atlanta, GAQualifications: A minimum of 8 years related experience as human resources professional to include responsibility for or exposure to employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, and policy input or development. 3 plus years managerial responsibility for staff or related coaching experience (multi-location management a plus). Prior supervisory experience. Business related experience outside of HR desirable. Prior experience working with and influencing senior executives in a major corporation is critical. Experience in Broadcasting/Entertainment industry a plus. Experience with technology clients (e.g., engineering, apps/web development, tech ops) strongly desired.
