  What I need done: I have designed a website using Joomla and Virtuemart for an online pet store. First, I need a Joomla/Virtuemart expert to help me develop a shipping component that would give more savings for shipping for each additional product. For example: 1 item = $5 shipping, 2 items = $8 shipping, 3 items = $11 shipping. Second, I also need a SEO component for Joomla that would allow for custom meta tags for content and category levels and Virtuemart for product and category levels. Third, I need a custom sign-up form to gather general info for pet coaching services. Lastly, I need the website to be tested the ensure that everything works properly for IE, Firefox and Opera.
