Laboratory Technician VII - West Lafayette - Biological SciencesPurdue University - West Lafayette, INAssist the Principal Investigator in the running of the lab. Perform molecular biology experiments such as designing expression constructs, sub-cloning, isolating DNA, mutagenesis, etc. Perform physiological experiments on bacterial and mammalian cultures.
