The Store Team Leader and Associate Store Team Leader are responsible for all aspects of managing store operations including leading and developing Team Leaders and Team Members. The ASTL position is considered to be a position to gain the knowledge and experience necessary to become a Store Team Leader. This position provides excellent customer service while serving and selling the highest quality foods and abides by the strictest standards of physical and food safety, freshness and sanitation.
