Loan Collection Counselor IISterling Savings Bank - Spokane, WAAs a Loan Collection Counselor II, you will provide day to day collection efforts of delinquent loan accounts. You will also pursue all collection efforts including; skip tracing, demand letters, posting payments, bankruptcies, probate, assisting with reserve recommendations and structure workouts. High school diploma or equivalent required.
