The Director of Business Affairs & Licensing will review, negotiate and draft various agreements, including brand licensing agreements, content licenses, digital distribution agreements, technology licenses, venue agreements, pro player management agreements, video production agreements, sponsorship agreements, remnant ad network agreements, NDAs and contractor agreements; and source and manage licensing partners. The ideal candidate will be a J.D. with at least two years of intellectual property related transactional experience. Knowledge/experience in the following areas a plus: technology licensing, video gaming, sports leagues, digital media, brand licensing, contest laws, privacy laws.
