Village Clinic Patient Scheduling Coordinator
DESCRIPTION Responsible for all functions of patient registration at the clinic. Responsible for financial counseling and time of service collections for patients seen at the clinic. Monitors bills, outstanding accounts documenting all contacts and/or corrections on patient bills. Facilitates phone calls and/or sends appropriate letters to insurance companies or patient in order to collect the account in full. Correlates all charges for each visit on the super bill with the appropriate coding to facilitate payment from the patients\' carriers when needed.
