This Program provides counsel and legal representation for borrowers facing foreclosure. The attorney hired for this position will have the unique opportunity to work in an evolving practice during a foreclosure crisis requiring innovative and coordinated response. In addition to carrying out a caseload of foreclosure prevention matters, this attorney will provide pro se assistance, case consultations and engage in community education.
