Manager, Production - Online SchedulingDeVry - Wood Dale, ILThe primary purpose of this position is to use predictive modeling to create plans and procedures for course faculty scheduling. * Creates and maintains a predictive model for efficiently scheduling online courses sections for all DeVry brands included in the Kinect Online Services scope. This model will be the result of collaboration with key stakeholders to determine their current and future requirements. * Maintains records and completes status reports on the scheduling progress for each DeVry brand on a session-by-session basis to determine completion of client requirements process improvements and added efficiencies. * Manages a staff of schedulers with hiring, performance evaluation and feedback in support of good talent management.
