Job Title: Administrative Secretary Profession: Administration/Office Management -> Administrative Assistant Description Open, sort and distribute incoming department mail and faxes. Perform full rage of secretarial duties to support managers and supervisors in Retirement Operations as needed. Run and distribute reports, bank transmission reports and queries to department employees. Sort and distribute payment processing from Finance and Accounting to account administrators as needed. Oversee that all address changes received in Retirement Operations are completed in a timely manner. Prepare check requests for department expenditures; make travel arrangements. Maintain on-line calendar for managers and schedule meetings for supported areas. Other duties as assigned. Overtime as required.
