The MSR is responsible for knowing all aspects of the credit union's product line and services. Minimum 6 mos. retail and sales experience and high school diploma or equivalent is required. Call center experience is preferred. As a condition of employment, selected applicants must commit to a 2 week full-time paid training course. We are also seeking fluent bi-lingual candidates.
