Payroll AccountantPridestaff Financial - Dallas, TXMonitors, prepares, and calculates payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, including necessary reporting, journal entries, and related reconciliation. Assists with the administration of the 403(b) plan and related 5500 reports. Supports general accounting functions such as accounts payable, journal entries, bank reconciliation, account analyses, and year-end audit preparation. Primary Responsibilities - Prepares bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees. Enters/interfaces timesheet management system (ezLabor) for HQ employee time worked and verifies entries to send to ADP; reviews and enters employee time worked into ADP.
