The department also serves as a center for excellence in multi-media communications. The team manages television operations and production studios in Charlotte, New York, Boston, Wilmington, San Francisco, Los Angeles (Calabasas), Plano, TX and London and is responsible for video delivery technologies including a satellite channel, Video-on-Demand infrastructure and streaming media infrastructure and portals.
